The Global Positioning System (GPS), History where Admin or Manager can check the history of a user. Working Hours Location will always be on. I’d like to let you know that every time a user marks their attendance, we use a location library to determine where the user is now located. If a person is at home and tries to record their attendance, the location API will not enable them to do so, which is why we use the user location.
Every user has a distinct id since it is the simplest and most straightforward way to identify them.
To identify themselves, each user chooses a Business type.
Every user selects a profile picture to represent themselves.
Camera access is required because without it, the user would be unable to scan QR codes and would be unable to indicate their attendance, which is why it is so important. The information I seek will be saved on your device and will not be collected in any way by me.
Gallery access is required because without it, the user would be unable to change the profile picture and would be unable to indicate their identification, which is why it is so important. The information I seek will be saved on your device and will not be collected in any way by me.
Users are unable to register because only administrators and managers are permitted. Only the Admin or Manager can grant access to the registered user.
Email
User must have an Email Account, without this the user can’t access themselves. With the registered Email user can do any task which is only accessible by the user. Example: Mark Attendance, Export in PDF, etc.
Profile
The user can alter their profile photo after gaining access to the gallery. The simplest approach to defining an identity is through a profile.
Admin
Only Admin or Manager has the right to access anything or changing. Example: Add or remove user.
A Google map is used to show a user’s current location over time. Update the location on a regular basis and sketch a structure on the map to see how the user works.
User can export the file in PDF on their device to check the mark sheet or attendance.
I value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information; thus, we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
