Location
The Global Positioning System (GPS), History where can Admin or Manager can check the history of a user. Working Hours Location will always be on. We would like to let you know that every time a user marks his attendance, we use a location library to determine where the user is now located. If a person is at home and tries to record their attendance, the location API will not enable them to do so, which is why we use the user location.
User Information
- User ID Every user has a distinct id since it is the simplest and most straight forward way to identify them.
- User Business To identify themselves, each user choose a Business type.
- Profile Every user selects a profile picture to represent themselves.
Camera Access
Camera access is required because without it, the user would be unable to scan QR code and would be unable to indicate their attendance, which is why it is so important. The information we seek will be saved on our server and will not be shared with any third party.
Gallery Access
Gallery access is required because without it, the user would be unable to change profile picture and would be unable to indicate their identification, which is why it is so important. The information we seek will be saved on our server and will not be shared with any third party.
Signup
Users are unable to register from our mobile application because only administrators and managers are permitted to register a new user from web dashboard.
Login
User must have an Email Account without this user can’t be access themselves. With the registered Email user can do any task which is only accessible by the user. Example Mark Attendance, Export in PDF etc.
Read and Write Device Storage
User can Export the file in PDF on device to check the mark sheet or attendance. We also store user token in device storage for account management.
Security
we value your trust in providing us with your personal information; thus, we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
